How many ampere's are used Powering axoloti with DC input?

i am running an arduino mega2560 with my axolotl.
i plan to run the two from one dc power supply.
does any one know how many amps the axolotl draws?

i think i am going to use a 9v 1.5A supply as this should allow plenty of power for both boards.
