What's up Axoloti fam. Here's my first Axoloti synthesizer - Zagausiq. My goal was to boil a subtractive synthesizer down to all the fun and reactive functions that can be easily understood while giving enough control and variability to make unique sounds that can evolve. I designed the icons to communicate the functions I intended but also made them ambiguous enough so you can change function. Made from walnut, ash, ebony, cork and richlite.

Looks great! How did you make the enclosure?
Edit: Ok, I found your site, why didn't you post it? Really cool, unfortunately I don't have a CNC machine lying around.
Great work! Wondering if the patch is posted somewhere and schematics can be shared?
Thanks so much for the kind words! I'm pretty bad at posting in general.. I'll make a video soon tho.
I don't have schematics but the file is pretty well labeled. I used pots, a slider and a display. I followed instructions from SmashedTransistors for hooking up the display. I got so much help from this community to figure this out.

I have an axoloti core I’ve been sitting on for a while, for want of something just like this. Basic enclosures are hard to come by, let alone something as sleek as this. I’d love to
Purchase a kit if/when you make them available.
Thanks, SuperBlip! I was planning on selling a few complete Zagausiq’s with Axoloti’s but I would be down to sell a kit. I have to work out pricing. I’ll get back to you on that!
Thanks for your reply. I am also open to the idea of sending you my axoloti core (new in bag it was shipped to me in), as part of a transaction. Honestly I would rather buy your completed item than assemble it myself. At any rate, do keep me on your list. I’m ready to do this without delay when you are ready. Cheers!
