Use Axoloti as a polyphonic Sampler

Is it possible do create a polyphonic sampler with an axoloti?
my idea was, that you can record one sound with the audio in an pitch this over the whole keyboard to play the sound as a polyphonic instrument.
Do you tink that is possible?

Sure, it is possible. I would first make a monophonic sampler: look at the table/play pitch object and its help file. After it works, I'd turn it into an embedded polyphonic patcher (object patch/patcher), as for instance in patch File->Library->factory->demos->synth->electric piano.
