My idea is also to control OP1 synth engines from Digitakt sequencer, any experience or example patch?

pretty straightforward, just use the object midithru and configure it properly

Instead of going "LIVE" selecting PATCH > Upload to internal flash or use SDcard, in that case Upload to SDcard startup.

Have you formatted the SDcard? better do it from Axoloti!
there is a simple object for that util/format
