Strange Error help!

hi if this error has already been addressed in another thread pls send me to it because i cannot find it.

so after getting help with a more computer savvy friend of mine i found out my computer for some reason is having trouble powering the axo and sending/receiving data. so now i just always power the axo from a 12v supply into the dc jack
