Startup file does not load

Hi there,
I have two Axolotis that share the same power supply. The first one works perfectly. The second one does its booting twice when I power the system (even when I power it with usb cable). The flashing LED sequence one booting is done twice. The start up file does not boot. I need to eject the SD card and insert it again to load the startup file. Any idea how to solve it??

With the same patch? Which software version are you using?
Could be a corrupt startup patch in flash memory.
