Some soundclouds made with axoloti
Updated new beta os to both axoloti and linnstrument and they both seem to be working nicely together. I only have issues when playing the arpegiator from linnstrument.
Axoloti direct output controlled via mpe mode on linnstrument:
made this with only 1 axoloti, only added a small noise reduction
(laptop soundcard adds noise )
above is a dark torture-room like melody i came up with to play with this patch, sounds pretty dark, hm?
I've been trying to work up a bare board axoloti synth voice to work with the control is available onboard a linnstrument. The recording was made after I made my first patch for the linnstrument using things from the library: the mpe object, formant filter by sputnik, the factory reverb and chorus stomps. There was a recent update from both linnstrument and axoloti that improved the feel to the point where I was able to start patching!
I'm still playing around with designing a synth; mostly trying to limit the controls to give the widest kinds of timbres available with just the linnstrument. I am planning on having a self powered version that mounts to linnstrument and then another synth for linnstrument that is more modular in nature. For now just want to start with patching up the "troubadour" version
Apparently playing with the ins and outs of oscillators gives results that sound somewhat like circuit bent yamaha 2 operator synths:
ok, there are/were some problems (fixed half of them by now, but not in this track) with the polyphonic midi-recording, but it's getting somewhere, using two boards and a quneo controller (though in this track I've not yet fully utilising the full aftertouch/X/Y potential of the quneo, which I just fixed a couple of seconds ago )
arpeggios n chords and last synth bass:
also I did this one some time ago: (Axo doing granular synthesis)
