I am happy to share the files with you but the corners are 3d printed. Also the laser-cut acrylic has engraved slots for the corners, which required some trial and error, so there is some complexity! Let me know if you're still interested.
Definitively interested. Might change the "boxing" mechanism to magnets.

Sure, here are the files I used for 3mm acrylic, you might find them useful for some experiments with some other corner cap solutions.
Blue is for cuts, red is for engraving, which you probably won't need.
I've included the original Affinity Designer files and some eps vector graphics. Check your cable connector sizes before cutting, e.g if you're using the full-size midi connectors, you may need to adjust the hole sizes to accommodate.
