Sine wave without mtof parameters

Hello there! I'm trying to disable the parameters of the sine wave mtof to achieve frequencies between tempered scales.
How do I get off mtof?

I don't know what mtof means but try pressing control, shift, or control+shift while adjusting the frequency. Does that do what you need?
