Hello Johannes. I came across similar question after your message with shipping address request yesterday. I habitually began to wait for a message with tracking number and so on. Am I right that you do not provide it? If so i should be more watchful and check my post office personally, since our hall with mailboxes is under reconstruction for a while so it is impossible to get a delivery notice from post office.

Hi,

Just so people get an idea, since there is no tracking:
Got my e-mail last Friday (Aug 7). I answered it instantly. The package arrived today to Spain (Aug 13).
I don´t know it this information is useful at all, but I´m guessing there´s people as impatient as I was, and this might help them get an idea on how long it takes to arrive wink

thanks, useful to me... as I'm awaiting my (production) boards in Spain, and they were shipped about 3 days ago, so I guess not long now, early next week smile (5-7 days is pretty common for me with UK/Europe -> Spain)

Dunno maybe i'll spill the beans now but Johannes gave me a tracking number yesterday and now i can see all status updates. Thanks!
Belgian post works pretty fast, but i can't say so about Russian post. Last time i waited for my parcel from thomann for 2+ weeks grimacing

Can I get a tracking number for my Axo package too? I need it, because I does not hope for honest work of postal service in my country. (same reason....;(

I´ve got the mail (around 5th august I think) but where I´ve entered the shipping adress and all a few days ago (been on vacation). But haven´t got any kind of confirmation mail of anything shipped. I´m not sure if the information I provided (via my smartphone) really went through. Should I try again with the same link?

Thanks, I´ve triple checked. Can´t see anything new since the mail received 5th august: "Your Axoloti Core is ready for shipment" with the provided link to enter shipping adress (which I did first a few days ago). Maybe I entered the e-mail adress wrong or something?
