Problems with seeing factory & community library on Windows!

#1

Hello

I just installed Axoloti 1.0.12 on a Windows machine. SOrry I cant tell you the specific specifications cause I dont know where to find this on this machine right now. I will look for it an post it later..

But my problem is that I have installed Axoloti and copied the runtime folder to programs(86). Axoloti apps works, BUT I cant se the factory or the community library.

I followed the install instructions and I use same log in for github as on the other machine. BUt it seems like it wont connect. I looked in "documents" folder and there is no Axoloti folder, for the community and factory library. So it hasnt synced.

Any ideas how to get this working?

Jaffa

Need to see a log or something that gives us a hint to the problem.

Only suggestions
Check your network connection
Reset libraries - file/preferences/ reset all

Note: get it working without your contributor details first.

Reload objects i get this:

search path : \Documents\axoloti\axoloti-factory\objects
search path : \Documents\axoloti\objects
search path : \Documents\axoloti\axoloti-contrib\objects
finished loading objects

Sync libraries:

sync repo FAILED cannot find submodule : community (1.0.12,anon)
search path : \Documents\axoloti\axoloti-factory\objects
search path : \Documents\axoloti\objects
search path : \Documents\axoloti\axoloti-contrib\objects
finished loading objects

I noticed that if I close Axoloti anbd open it again it has lost all the settings in preferences, like local libraries etc.

I see sync repo error, but I dont know how to fix that.

I need the error from when it tried to create the libraries.
do a reset all, and then paste the entire console log here

edit: its going to also be important to know which version of windows your using etc.

well google translates "Netværksstien blev ikke fundet" to network not found....

if its a work computer, it may be that your user profile is stored on the network, and this is causing issues?!
