Powers up fine with USB but not with DC

Topic says it all. Help needed, any ideas?
I have two axolotis, one fresh out the box and it wont either power up with 9v dc plug :thinking:

EDIT:

I think I found the problem, Im pretty sure the dc plug is a little bit too short to hit the pins. I tried a little bit longer dc plug and it powers up axo fine.

Hello, is it centre pin positive and the right size and working with other equipment?

The shorter plug works fine with guitar pedals, i wonder if I can modify it to work with axoloti. I already attached it to my system with glue :crazy_face:

Edit: didnt help to cut the rubber to make the metal part longer, have to use the second plug then.

Power supplies for guitar pedals usually have centre pin negative, cause there is a battery inside. Axoloti require centre pin positive. check it out

Thanks, yea i had wrong kind of plug, got it working by changing the plug.
