Ping: WaitSync Timeout, disconnecting now

Having issues all day connecting my axo to my computer. A failure to Connect, its boots me off with:
Ping: WaitSync Timeout, disconnecting now

Tried disconnecting cables, rebooting my computer a few times, new cables etc. Has been pretty stable up to now. (Am using Firmware version: 1.0.0.1)

Whats the deal? My Sunday of patching has turned to mud.

SOLVED. I narrowed it down to the scope.. then opened it up (for the second time). Wire came loose from the OLED inside the box.

if you download the newest editor, you should be asked if you want to upgrade the firmware automatically.
do you really have version 1.0.0.1? EDIT: ah i see, everything fine! sorry firmware says indeed 1.0.0.1 on mine as well. it is just the software that says 1.0.12-etc.
