Path of axoloti.prefs in linux

I have searched the forum, but could not find any information about how to specify another patch for "axoloti.prefs" on Ubuntu linux.

Am I the only one who want another directory for axoloti or am I blind?

You can control this via the optional axoloti_home environment variable.
