Patch using shift registers not working in stand alone

Hi all,

This my first post to the community after reading many posts! So much good information in here thank you all!

I am having trouble getting patches to work in standalone that use the shift registers. The same patches work just fine when "connected" but it stopped working when disconnected. To me this is a mystery.

The objects I am using are ricard's

ricard/gpio/in/165ctrl v
and
ricard/gpio/out/595ctrl
(Just tested the shift out works but not the shift in)

Well I figured it out that the 165 shift registrar does work but only after 1-miniunt and 45-seconds of it being plugged in..... then no problems...

Looks like I will just have to wait about 2-minuints before I use the buttons

I suspect there is a problem.
