I can't seem to find the object library in /Applications/Axoloti.app/Java/Objects on my Mac, with the latest beta of the Patcher application. Have they been moved somewhere else?

yes, this is replaced entirely by the new libraries concept
you will find it in your axoloti home directory - in a subdirectory called axoloti-factory.
(this enables it to be updated between releases 
)

That's cool. I was just thinking that having the objects stored externally to the Patcher application itself was probably a good idea.
