New release 1.03 fails to download

when i try downloading the files (i tested this for the mac and win releases) i get a 'network error' after a few mb

I can confirm this. However this issue is at Github, nothing I can do about.

ps: when i get the download, do i have to delete (or uninstall) the old runtime / software ?
