Missing Axoloti

Hi!
I ordered an Axoloti recently and got notification that I missed the postman to give my signature. I went online and scheduled it to be delivered the next day and signed for it on the slip that was left behind. I have still not received it and it has been over a week! Did it get sent back?

Best to check with your local post office, as they will have more info. You can also enter your tracking code on https://bpost.be/ to see the status.

it was returned to sender! I didn't want that, what do I do?

Contact Johannes to arrange for your package to be resent. And file a complaint with the postal service.
