Locked down... with axoloties

#1

My colleagues yesterday morning

  • Hey Thierry, how will you cope with the lockdown ? You've got no TV, a small apartment, slow internet ?
  • Yep, but i have two spare Axoloties.
  • ?

Thanks again to @johannes for creating it !

Haha! In Germany we don't have a complete lockdown but I try to stay in as much as possible, as freelance musicians I'm unemployed now anyway.
So I have 4 Boards here, going to work a bit on my looper/fx setup.

Also thx again to @Johannes from me :innocent:

haha yeah everybody lets use this extra time to clean up and organize the community library maybe. make some dope tutorials or whatever.

#4

i'm in Ukraine, no lockdown here, rather panic and hysteria festival, so i stay at home not willing to see this :sunglasses:

luckily, i work from home during the quarantine, so have more time to spend on my Axoloti-based projects (yes, those ones that involve lots of SysEx stuff).

#5

Send the bug away with Axoloties

I'm locked down too (Spain) and my 4 Axos are a great way to let my mind fly somewhere else..
I'm using this time to dive further into generative / experimental stuff and I love what I'm achieving so far...
I even started to "enjoy" somehow what I'm achieving after hitting the sram limit and having to come up with creative solutions in order to get where I want..
Maybe we could do an Axoloti Demo-scene competition ?

Thanks @johannes and I wish you creativity and inspiration guys ..

axolockies

i have a 6 source 10 destination modmatrix (freely assignable) and a couple of other objects ready, along with a really nice wavetable monosynth thanks to the great recent objects by @SmashedTransistors

#8

Good Idea! I thin in general it could be a chance to breath a bit live into this forum, exchange and collaborate on patches etc.

#9

Hi everybody, I am locked down in France and I have my Axoloti!
Thx to @SmashedTransistors, I was thinking to post a similar thread when I logged in today.

Axoloti is definetely a right answer to the challenges of our time: do more with less!
My family and my suddenly remote job don't let me time anyway...
Still waiting for musical resistance to the virus!

@ everybody, don't make the same mistake as many, and take care of your people, without panic, this disease is very serious.

After a long time I tried out some new effects. Made an unintelligent harmonizer with the clds pitchshifter

(yes I built my studio in the kitchen of my girlfriend :joy_cat:)

Sounds great dude!:+1:

Organelle complements Axo so good that I'm thinking about integrating one Axo inside Orga..
