Issue changing parameters with the mouse on 4K monitors

On my latest laptop (XPS15 4K), the UI behaves OK, except when I try to move a knob with the mouse. The knob keep rotating back and forth extremely fast and I can't change to value to anything precise.

ok, can you click on the dial/knob and enter a value with the keyboard?

Yes, I can enter value with the keyboard and modify the value using the arrows. Only dragging the mouse is weird.
As soon as I drag a little down and release, the mouse cursor has moved all the way at the bottom of the screen
