Heat sink advised?

Would one be necessary ?

Is there a component that is getting hot? Which one?
Under normal operating conditions nothing gets hotter than 15 degrees Celcius (rough unmeasured estimate) above ambient temperature, there is no advantage in adding a heatsink anywhere.

Some anecdotal evidence here: even though i'm a very lazy person and i keep my axoloti on a foil of a4 paper inside a vhs box even when i use it, i never ever experienced overheating
