Favorite Oscillator?

Putting together a patch that I can trigger a nice deep synth note from a foot switch while I play guitar (note picked from a fader on my midi controller). Right now I'm just using the standard Osc/Tri with a second one slightly detuned for some growl.

Looking to try something different but theres so many in the library, figured I'd see what everyone's favorite/favorite combo is

If you are going for a bass synth sound, you want to use a square or sawtooth oscillator, followed by a 24db lowpassfilter. there are quite a few low pass filters available in the lib, I think the VCF by Johannes is quite good.
