Download from Repository is extremely slow (15 kb/sec)

Sorry for bothering,
but if i try to download any files from https://github.com/axoloti/axoloti/releases it needs ages. Do u guys have the same problems while downloading?

No problem here, I just downloaded the Mac file at about 8MB per second, which is near the theoretical maximum for my Internet connection.

(california, USA, on Xfinity cable modem)
