Delivery problem :(

#1

Hello,
I have ordered an Axoloti last week, and even if the shipping adress is perfectly correct, the postman has apparently decided that it couldn't be delivered.
Apparently it's back to Johannes now.
How can this be solved? It's even more frustrating since i'm working in brussels every day ^^

Thanks in advance

You probably need to talk to @johannes about it, since he is the only developer.

But he can be hard to get a hold of.

I want to add that Johannes lives in Gent area. Maybe you can arrange to get it in person instead of waiting for postal services one more time?

Yes, that could be done, i just want to be sure that i'm not interefering in his personal life.
I'm a bit worried since the postal service is saying that the package has been back delivered to him, but i haven't got any news from him after a week already so i'm a bit worried

I Hope he'll answer here ^^

send him a mail or a PM

Hi !
Normally postal services of almost all of Europe work in a way that
similar, in which case they should have left him a delivery notification, so that you can
to the post office of your ZONE and pick up the package that's usually on hold
about 15 working days, before being returned to the sender.

but also something out of the ordinary may have happened, as sometimes the postal service personnel are eventually and barely know their sector and these occur delivery messes.

If you know your mailman, talk to him so that he is aware of the next shipment or indicate to
@johannes another address where to locate him in a way easier... work, neighbor, family or pick up at the post office, etc...

Good luck.!

Yes, indeed, that's why I was super surprised when the postal services website explained that the package has been returned. Even more since it's my work address, other packages have been delivered before at that exact place without problems, and there is always someone there to get the packages. (and, obvously, the addresse is correct ^^)

I just don't get what happened

I'd love to have his email address if someone has it?
I guess privacy would be a concern, so it could be sent to arnauddedecker@gmail.com .
Thanks ^^

just letting you know that after contacting Johannes through the official contact from the hompage, he sent it back to me almost immediately.
Let's hope postal guys find my office this time ^^

Thumbs up for Johannes
