Delaying Modular Input signals by small amounts

Hi there I'm checking if something is possible with Axoloti before investing into buying one.
I need to introduce phasing into a modular input signal (a simpe VCO for example) and produce two slightly delayed mono output signals.

1 I want to know if it's possible.
2 If it's possible to detect the input frequency to calculate the amount of delay as a fraction of pi.
3 What's the maximum voltage input/output reachable.

I can't answer for all these questions as I've just received mine, but Axoloti has a maximum input/output of 3.3V (as the whole board runs on 5V), so you'll need to adjust your amplitudes. Check out the "euxoloti" project for Eurorack interfacing.
