Dark and long reverb

Hi guys,
I've finally gotten around to dig up my Axoloti and have fun with it.
I'd like to use it as a reverb effect (audio in, audio out, full wet).
Any tips on how to go about creating dark, lush, spacious reverbs?

check out the fx/rngs/reverb, you can change its sound quite a bit with the controls. also there are some nice reverb patches from @SmashedTransistors in the help/community folder (tiar) under FDN i believe.

I just sync'ed but I don't see an mgs folder in factory/fx/ ?

The reverbs I find filtering for FDN are the FDN4 and FDN8 by Johannes Taelman but these seem really simple and metallic.

The fx/lmnts/reverb patch sounds pretty good, but still doesn't have the dark spacious sound I'm looking for...

Am I missing community patches eventhough I did a sync?

EDIT: I just found out this is a font display / old guy eyes error, I read it as /fx/mgs but it is actually /fx/rngs :slight_smile:

try the patches from @SmashedTransistors, look here in the forum for his contribution thread and read through the messages, he has even some samples so you can listen to the reverbs

The reverb patches I ve made are "help patches" you have to clic on the editor menu "help" section to access these patches.

For example:
Menu Help -> library -> community -> tiar -> FDN -> D10 DelayVerb
