Custom Scale (microtonal tuning)

Hi, totaly new to axoloti and I am trying to figure out a way to make my Casio Cz-1 play microtunings.

The dream scenario would be that Octatrack/Esx-1 sending midi notes to axoloti.
The axoloti would then quantize midi notes to the closest pre-programmed frequency in my "alternative" scale, and send it out to my synth.

Is this possible with the Axoloti?

How would the CZ-1 receive microtuning? Pitch bend prior to each note, and distributing notes to different channels? That would require the CZ-1 to run the same patch on all channels. And also need to replicate incoming Midi CC's to all used channels.
