Copyright issues? Axoloti for STM32F4 OEM use

Can I do the following?

1. Use the Axoloti patcher to design a musical effect.
2. Test the effect on the Axoloti hardware.
3. Somehow put the same effect on my own STM32F4 chip, on my own PCB and sell it.

It would be for small scale commercial use.
I am happy to reward the Axoloti project in some way.

How much of the Axoloti code will remain in the final product? Essentially the license requires you to make your version available as open source too.
