Comb filter: delay/read samples vs frequency

#1

Hi Axoloti lovers

I'm struggling with the delay frac of a delay/read line used for a comb filter effect. For a comb frequency of 130.8 Hz, I need 367 samples of delay. When using this (fixed) value in the built in comb filter object, resulting freq is indeed expected C note. However, when using a delay/read (non interpolated) combined with a write (1024 buf size), using a frac value of 367/1024*64 = 22.93, which should correspond to 367 samples, I do net get a C. Manually finetuning show sample amount needs an offset of around -50 samples to get desired result. I searched forum, read (and tried to understand  the stuff regarding delay lines, buffer size and so on, but I still don't understand what's happening here..

Regards!
