hello all, if i link one knob to cc, i can control my knob with controller. But if i move knob in axoloti patcher the midi is sent also? i've a doubt.. or i need obligatory using midiccout for bidirectionality?

Yes you will need to use a CC out object to get your controller visual/position feedback.
