Axoloti Won't Stay Connected

Hi there,

I'm trying to boot up my Axoloti for the first time, and am running into a problem. When I open the patcher app, the console window says that the Axoloti connects, then within 1-2 seconds it times out and disconnects. This keeps happening when I click the 'connect' button at the top of the console window, and the output is:

USB device found
connected
Firmware version: 1.0.0.1, crc=0xE95BAC96, entrypoint=0x20011000
Ping: WaitSync Timeout, disconnecting now
Disconnect request

Any thoughts on what I can do to keep it connected would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

is this a new axoloti? or has it been used before?

it sounds like its got a patch running, that its failing to load....
in which case you can hold s2 to prevent it starting.

if not, id do a firmware reset via dfu mode

Thanks for the help. When I tried resetting the firmware, the console said I was missing a file, so after a reinstall of the patcher everything's working great. Best!
