Axoloti software w/o the device

Hi all, I'm new here. I'd like to test my ability using axoloti software, but it seems I can't run patches without axoloti device connected.
Anyone can help me, please?

The device needs to be connected to you computer with the USB cable for it to work, since the Axoloti Patcher software doesn't generate any sound. The software is used to create the patches, and compiles them into a native program that can run on the device.

ok, thanks for your informations. Is it possible anyway use axoloti as a standalone device connected only to a usb power?

Yes. Axoloti can be a standalone anything-you-want-device (sequencer, synth, drum machine, effects processor…). You can save your patches on a Micro SD Card, load a specific one on startup, and even load other patches.

You can choose to power it over USB or with a DC power supply.
