I built this to use with @rbrt's looper blocks with the Axoloti but it could be used for more...
2 digital pins on a TRS cable, check pin state for 1, 2 or both (switch 3/with diodes).
I'm happy with the build and think it looks cool...

...for anyone interested, the wood is 1" thick oak 6-1/2" wide plank. Before cutting to size I used a router to make the 'box'. I supported the two long sides with boards of the same thickness so that I could get close to the edge with the router (carefully marking everything out first). I then sanded with a stationary belt sander and added some character. I rubbed the top and smooth sides with vegetable oil and let it soak in before applying 5:1 water/india ink solution, with rag in hand for multiple applications
