I think this is a test-object that should have been removed. If you click the arrow and select "edit object definition", you'll see that this is a subpatch that uses old comment objects. It's basically only a test patch that shows two of the four dials on the parent object.

I filed a github issue to remove this subpatch from the object selector. https://github.com/axoloti/axoloti/issues/271
