Hi - I made a simple patch that uses velocity to modulate a control knob. However, the patch would crash if I made it a subpatch and i figured this is somehow related to modulation sources not working inside subpatches (like that keyb mod object that crashes axo).
So I wired the velocity outlet from the subpatch into the mainpatch and I am getting values from it..however, wiring it to a modulation source and then assigning one of the knobs in the master patch doesn't seem to work. Or i am still sleeping.
I am wondering whats the proper way to start doing velocity and aftertouch polyphonic synths and this has stumped me for the last 40 minutes..
