Polyphony subpatch not working

#21

here:

note: Johannes, create the 'voice patch' first, as he shows it monophonic, then he saves it, and loads it into what becomes the main patch.
this was also before embedded patches, with an embedded patch, you do the same, just you do have to worry about saving the voice patch to disk, and then ensuring you put it all in the sub-directory - so much easier.

btw: if you are using an embedded patch, after you make a change, make sure you hit the update button.

anyway, try with an embedded voice, and if its still not working post it here.
(thats the other advantage of embedded patches, you only end up with one file to share  )

yeah, Ive got to stop playing with Axoloti for long enough, that I can make some more videos/music.

Thanks Mark, I did spot that video but never watched it cause I'd watched it before I purchased Axoloti and didn't remember any of that polyphony stuff being shown. But yes, that worked, I can see a selector for polyphony directly on the object now.

Regards your Eigenharp videos, funny thing, I realised when watching one of them that your avatar is actually your dog, lol, I originally assumed it was a Polar bear due to your username

I am following the amazing @janvantomme book. Unfortunately the part regarding saving subpatches is not up to date with the current version of the axoloti patcher. I was able to create a subpatch as suggested in this thread, using patch/patcher. But after saving the subpatch with a a name like "myexample" and creating a new patch, i can not find it in the menu. How can I reuse subpatches among patches?
