A different piano type (sorry, I've been trying different simple synthesis methods, so nothing fantastic)
7 voices polyphonic

004-Honky-tonk Piano-mtyas.axp (12.2 KB)

#8

And again, a different electric piano sound
10 voices polyphonic

005-Electric Piano 1-mtyas.axp (10.7 KB)

Please don't leave me alone on this task, give me some motivation and share some patches, Quality doesn't count here (as you may see with my patches), It just for the fun of having simple playable sounds to play and analyse.
I do understand that the axoloti is so much fun for doing more modular type setups, but a bit of east coast exoticism isn't bad from time to time

Loving this project.
Sorry I'm busy helping with something for 1.0.12 (surprise :)) but will come see if I can lend a hand after that.

I should be able to knock up some 'ok' guitars based by on KS

@thetechnobear Don't worry about it, I fully understand you have your hands full. This job should be endless anyway, so we've got all the time in the world :sunny:

A Karplus Strong instrument with decay on mod wheel. Can go from picked strings to a big distorted thing

107-Shamisen-mtyas.axp (23.8 KB)

#15

I had fun today, using only the patches on this board to try and sequence a few things together. Nothing amazing, just a load of patches, and a few external DAW (cubase) effects. (autofilters, eq, comp, distortion, reverbs)

#16

a thought... since your producing so many patches, id suggest you embed any community objects that you use, so you 'freeze' the behaviour.

#17

That's a very good idea, that I haven't put into practice yet, but I'll do it very soon (for the old ones), and from now on with all new patches.
Thanks

A track done by using most of the last made sounds, very little processing (a bit of eq and a big Plate reverb on Aux).

Axoloti is really good at producing FM sounds (good old DX years all over again).

#24

An accordion sound
7 voices polyphonic

022-Accordion-mtyas.axp (28.8 KB)

I used this sound, converted into a MPE instrument and with a big delay, for this video (played using a striso board and one axoloti)

#25

A Church Organ Patch
Paraphonic with built-in church reverb.

Available in the library:
Library/community/tiar/GM/020-ChurchOrgan-tiar.axp (26.9 KB)

"fb" controls the brilliance.
0 for a dull organ sound.
45 is optimal.

Here is a Dark Strings Patch
