you just need to make sure the folder you have stored on your computer is lowercase.
e.g.
(axoloti_home)/axoloti-contrib/objects/sss/.....

oh, and check in your preferences its changed to lowercase too

im test two way:

  1. copy files my jlswbs/jls github account
  2. copy files axoloti/axoloti-contrib/objects/jls github account

and not synchronize with patcher sync libraries
