Clock and wave playback in sync

Hi there.

I am running some backing tracks using wave/play stereo in 126 bpm and want do some sequencing using midi/out/clock.
The wave files are 48khz and the clock is set to 12.6, and the two are not at all in sync.

How do I get a sync which matches wavefile playback?

Hi, did you make any progress on this topic?
I would like to play a stereo backing track in sync with a corresponding midi file. (both exported from ableton live)
